Balancing

Standard crank shafts are mildly balanced by the manufacturer, so we offer dynamic balancing of the standard crank shaft, as well as lightening and polishing.

Pistons & Con Rods

We offer weight matching of pistons and rods. Most classes do not allow machining, but in the classes in which it is allowed, the weight of all four pistons can be matched by removing material until balance has been achieved. In the classes where machining is not allowed we will, for example, match the lightest piston to the heaviest rod to try and balance out the weight across all four cylinders.
